Keith focuses on real estate law including residential and commercial real estate closings, title issues, contract disputes and landlord-tenant issues. Mr. Carroll received his undergraduate degree from the University of West Florida with a B.S. in Business Administration. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Carroll earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville where he received the Governor’s Merit Scholarship and served as the president of the Sports Law Society.
As a Panama City native, Keith made the decision to move back home, cutting his teeth in the title business by initially working for a national title insurance company. He joined Florida Coastal Closing in July 2016. He is an active member of the Bay County Bar Association, Bay County Chamber of Commerce, Bay Young Professionals Steering Committee, St. Andrews Inn of Court, in addition to a volunteer mentor with Take Stock in Children Organization under the Bay Educational Foundation. He is also very involved with the Bay County Board of Realtors, including service on the Communications Committee. Keith was recognized for his commitment to the Bay County Board of Realtors in 2015 as the 2015 Affiliate of the Year and nominated for a second time in 2016.
