Denise “Dede” Rowan focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate law, including acquisitions and sales, development, leasing, financing and loan foreclosures and workouts. A significant component of her practice involves the representation of banking institutions and special servicers, including servicers of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), in connection with commercial foreclosure litigation, loan workouts, deficiency collection, assumption transactions, and the sale of properties (both REO sales and retail sales). She also represents property managers and owners in lease transactions, landlord-tenant disputes and code enforcement matters, and has represented clients in various business litigation matters including contract and construction disputes. Ms. Rowan has past experience as an assistant county attorney and city attorney for a local municipality during which time she benefitted by serving as counsel to the planning commission, code enforcement board, and construction industry advisory council. As a result of her years of experience with real estate transactions, Ms. Rowan handles title curative actions as well.


Ms. Rowan received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University with a B.S. in Risk Management and Insurance and Marketing. She earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she was a member of Moot Court Society, serving on the executive board, and Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity. Upon graduation, Ms. Rowan began her practice in Atlanta, Georgia, moving back to her home state of Florida in 2003. She was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2000 and the Florida Bar in 2002. Courts before which she may practice include the Georgia Supreme Court, Northern District of Georgia, Florida Supreme Court, Middle District of Florida and Southern District of Florida.


Dede is presently a member of the Bay County Bar Association, the St. Andrews Bay Inn of Court, and past member of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. She is a past chair of the First Saturday Legal Aid Clinic, a pro bono legal aid clinic providing legal advice and representation to qualified individuals, and past chair and member of the Grievance Committee of the Florida Bar for the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit. Ms. Rowan earned certification by the Florida Supreme Court as a Civil Circuit Mediator and specifically trained to mediate cases under Florida’s mandated Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Program. She has also served as an Arbitrator for the Florida Bar under its Fee Arbitration and Mediation Program.


Ms. Rowan was selected in 2013, 2014, and 2015 as a Super Lawyer Rising Star, an honor only bestowed upon 2.5% of active licensed attorneys in Florida. In 2011 and in 2012, she was on the short list submitted by the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit for consideration of gubernatorial appointment for a circuit judge vacancy. Dede has also served as a panelist in May 2014 for the Florida Bar’s Practicing with Professionalism and February 2012 for the Information Management Network for Institutional Finance & Investment.

Carolyn is a Panama City native and has been in the title industry for over thirty years. She started her career at a local title company as a receptionist and worked her way up. Carolyn transitioned into being an escrow assistant and advanced to the position of escrow auditor for approximately 35 offices throughout the state of Florida. She has been a licensed title agent since 1998 and earned the prestigious Certified Land Closer (CLC) designation from the Florida Land Title Association (FLTA).

Throughout Carolyn’s career in the title industry, she has been instrumental in creating title related documents for use in multiple closing software programs, in addition to creating and developing closing procedures to ensure uniformity and accuracy in the closing procedures. Carolyn has had the opportunity to perform every aspect of the title process and takes pride in helping deliver clear title to property owners. She is a member of the Florida Land Title Association where she serves on the Cyber Committee.

In Carolyn’s personal time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys traveling, painting classes and spending time outside whether at a soccer game or working in her yard alongside her many animals. Carolyn and her husband are the founders of an annual charity fishing tournament where all proceeds are donated to the Boys and Girls Club of Panama City for local youth swimming lessons.

Arianne joined Florida Coastal Closing & Escrow, LLC in September of 2017. With nearly 15 years of lending experience, Arianne started as a pre-closer and quickly transitioned into a Closing Agent role. Arianne has attended multiple courses and seminars to continue her education in the field.

As a mother, Arianne knows the importance of establishing a home and having a place to call your own. This is one of many reasons she loves this position. She loves to be able to share in the happiness of closing on a new home that will hopefully be filled with love and memories for many years to come.

Outside of the office, Arianne enjoys being on the water and travels as often as she can.

Kim is a native of Louisiana, having left the area as a result of the impact of Hurricane Katrina. While in Louisiana, she attended Southeastern University in Hammond, Louisiana where she played women’s basketball on a scholarship. She subsequently lived in Tennessee for several years before settling in Bay County.

Kimberly has been a dancer since the early age of 2. She received her certification to teach dance at 17 and has taught tap, ballet, jazz and tumbling over the years. Prior to coming to Florida Coastal in 2019 and being trained in all things pre and post close, Kim worked in customer relations and the service industry for her entire career. We are proud to have her be the first person you meet when you enter our office. Kimberly is known around our office as the Cajun Queen.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys time with her husband and spoiled rotten dog named “Gigi.” She and her husband are actively involved in the Krewe of St. Andrew’s (KOSA) Carnival Club, a 501(c )(3) not for profit corporation that engages in many fundraisers to benefit agencies in the area like Habitat for Humanity, Rescue Mission, Sims Veteran Home, Second Chance of NW Florida and provides scholarships for local students in the area. She also enjoys morning bike rides to the beach, going to the gym, working in her yard and cooking. Her zest for life is contagious and fun.

Kimberly Stinson grew up in Mississippi and attended Mississippi University for Women. After years of working in the banking industry, Kimberly transitioned to providing support in the legal field. For the past 18 years, she has generally been involved in real estate closings, working in various capacities in closing departments at two prominent real estate law firms in Bay County. Kimberly served as an escrow real estate bookkeeper and then transitioned into an escrow officer performing closings. She has worked directly with developers and financial institutions assisting with the successful closing of numerous condominium beach projects, subdivisions, and multi-family projects. Kimberly takes pride in assisting and facilitating successful closings and taking special care of current and future client needs. She is dedicated to getting the deal closed!

Kimberly and her husband, Rusty, a licensed realtor and community association manager, have resided in Panama City with her family since 2004. While not working, they enjoy devoting all of their time to their children and grandchildren.

Growing up in an Air Force family, Richard traveled the United States and foreign countries before landing in Panama City. He found a job at the Panama City News Herald after earning a Government/Journalism degree from Sacramento State University, in Sacramento, California. Richard spent four years at the newspaper as an editor on the copy desk along with time in the sports department as a writer and photographer before switching to the paralegal field.

After earning a Paralegal Certificate from the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia, he entered the legal field as a paralegal approximately 30 years ago. Over the years, Richard gradually shifted his focus on real estate and eventually found himself performing both residential and commercial closings from start to finish. He is skilled in mapping legal descriptions and shines when navigating complex chains of title.

In his down time, you can find Richard spending time with his family that he is fortunate to have nearby. He enjoys playing music, guitar and bass, with friends and family and is a member of the choir at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church.

Holley brings a decade of title experience to Florida Coastal having worked in all aspects of the title process. She was raised in the industry and follows in the footsteps of her mother and father who both work in the real estate and title industry.

When Holley is not helping with disbursements, preparing endorsements or assisting with other steps in the issuance of title insurance, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two precious daughters. Holley loves drinking coffee and reading books.

Stacia Delaney is a Florida native and has lived in the panhandle since 2014. She graduated with her master’s degree in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation from University of Florida. After working in the biology field for a decade, she switched gears after having children. Following in the footsteps of her mother and 2 brothers, she has now been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. In Stacia’s personal time, she loves spending time with her husband and 2 children, traveling, camping, gardening and hugging her chickens.

Kara McKenzie is a graduate of the University of Maryland where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, while also minoring in Digital Media and Web Technologies. Kara is currently working as a pre-closer and taking lead in running social media and marketing for Florida Coastal.

Kara is a Panama City native. Having a parent in the military, Kara has lived abroad in Germany and also in several different places stateside to include Florida, Mississippi, and New Jersey. After graduation from college, she made her way back to Bay County to be with the rest of her family that are lifelong Florida Panhandle residents. Kara enjoys traveling, photography, and loving her animals.

Paige Roller moved to Panama City in 2014 from Okeechobee, Florida. After working in the banking industry for several years, she transitioned over to title. She assists with meeting title requirements and clearing exceptions when needed, in addition to reconciliations.

Paige has 4 dogs that she loves greatly and in her down time you can catch her outside playing with them. She loves a good pun or a good joke. Her favorite quote is “Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy”. She enjoys planting flowers and providing little safe havens for the bees.

Maureen was born and raised in Panama City, FL. She is a Rutherford graduate and earned her Associates Degree from Gulf Coast State College. After fourteen years in the banking world, Maureen made the transition to the title industry and recently joined the Florida Coastal team.

Maureen is the proud mother of two sons that she loves dearly. Most nights you can find her at a ballfield of some sort, cheering on her two favorite players. She loves her dog Blue, morning coffees, Dodgers baseball and Batman.
