Cecilia Redding Boyd (“Cille”) has practiced law throughout Northwest Florida for over thirty years. Her practice centers on commercial and residential real estate law; probate, wills and trusts; commercial transactions and litigation; and landlord/tenant law. Cille represents developers in acquisition and financing for complex low-income housing tax credit new construction and preservation projects and other affordable housing projects.

In 1990, Cille graduated cum laude from Clemson University, and in 1993, she earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Florida College of Law. After law school, Cille returned to her hometown of Panama City “temporarily” and never left. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Cille has served as President of the Bay County Bar Association; Chairman of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee; Fourteenth Judicial Circuit Representative to the Florida Bar, Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors; Member of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Committee; Member of the St. Andrews Bay American Inn of Court; Member of the Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee; Attorney Special Magistrate for the Value Adjustment Board for Bay, Walton, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa and Escambia Counties; and Member of the Florida Municipal Attorneys Association. She currently serves on the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit Professionalism Committee. Cille has proudly served her community as the President of the Junior Service League of Panama City, Inc.; President of Girls Incorporated of Bay County, Inc.; a Board member of Anchorage Children’s Home; and a member of the Board of Directors for the St. Andrews Bay Yacht Club. In 2007, Cille was named Outstanding Young Woman of the Year by the Panama City Junior Women’s Club, Inc.

While still maintaining her private civil practice at Boyd Law, Cille joined the Florida Coastal Closing & Escrow team in May of 2024. In her free time, she enjoys golf, boating, traveling with her family and spending time in the woods with her two German Shorthaired Pointers.

Maureen is a proud Panama City native with deep roots in the community. A graduate of Rutherford and Gulf Coast State College, she brings 14 years of banking experience to her role in the title industry. Two years ago, Maureen took a leap of faith and joined the FCC team, quickly becoming a Licensed Title Agent with the support of amazing mentors. She’s been loving every moment of her journey in the title world ever since!

When she’s not at work, Maureen enjoys spending quality time with her family. As a proud mom of two wonderful sons, she embraces the chaos that comes with life with boys and two playful cats. Her faith keeps her grounded, coffee keeps her energized, and she has a love for all things Batman and long-neck dinosaurs!

Debby Treadwell - Closing Agent

Debby brings over 33 years of expertise to the title industry, with 25 of those years as a licensed title agent, during which time she also earned her designation as a Certified Land Closer. She began her career in 1983 at Bay County Land & Abstract, which was later acquired by First American Title, where she conducted a wide range of real estate closings and managed three offices simultaneously. After a brief hiatus from the industry, Debby returned and joined the Florida Coastal Closing & Escrow team in June 2024.

Debby and her husband, Gary, have been happily married for 51 years and are proud parents of two daughters, four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and two Shih Tzu fur babies. In her free time, she loves cheering on her grandchildren in soccer, football, and track.

Eileen Cheeseborough

Born and raised in Panama City, Florida, Eileen has built a fulfilling life focused on her family and career. After seventeen years of teaching pre-kindergarten and five years in office administration, she transitioned into her new role on the Florida Coastal team as Closing Coordinator.

Eileen and her husband have been happily married for twenty years and are the proud parents of three children—fraternal adult twins and a highly spirited five-year-old boy. A true coffee aficionado, Eileen has mastered the art of making iced salted caramel lattes as an at-home barista. When she’s not caring for her family, she manages a bustling household of eight pets, including two dogs, two cats, two guinea pigs, and two fish—making her a full-time zookeeper on top of everything else!
